Meet Elizabeth, a seasoned Project Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience in both public and private sectors.
As a practiced Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, and Agile Coach, she’s provided consulting, teaching, training, and development services to a diverse spectrum of organisations.
Elizabeth has an extensive record supporting, leading, and delivering Project Management competencies. Her expertise extends to industries including finance, capital markets, data and digital, energy business, and education.
As the driving force behind her team, Elizabeth has crafted training curricula that impart core concepts and foundations of project management, delivery leadership, and Scrum Master roles. Her practical and adaptable approach ensures success across industries, producing high-value project managers with impressive track records.
Elizabeth began her journey with a degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Hertfordshire, followed by a Master’s Degree in Project Management. Rising quickly from a junior project manager to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Programme Delivery Lead, she has led critical, high-profile projects for various organisations.
Fulfilling her passion for teaching and empowerment, Elizabeth pursued the heart of mentoring students in project management.
